The following examples highlight interventions and several clients, not the full range of our work:
Acquisition & Integration
For Secomerica, Inc. (formerly Westec Security), Legacy conducted nationwide research involving three diverse industries (electronic security, emergency medical transport, and home infusion therapy) in which our client was the holding company for three well-known players. Legacy consulted with a task force that produced a roadmap (HR Blueprint for the Strategic Plan) for the integration of these three firms into a common culture producing synergistic business outcomes…specifically "the procurement, retention, education and development of employees in Secomerica's operating divisions."
"An organizational innovator par excellence. Frank Easterly developed a corporate university model for our business 10 years before anyone heard of it. He knows the 'people and organization development' business like no one else I know."
— Pete Deiser, Vice President, The Westec Group
Human Resources Strategies
For the City of Fresno, Legacy designed and implemented a multi-faceted Human Resource and Organization Development (HROD) Program involving over 3000 employees. The program's cornerstones were: a 360 feedback system, imagineering sessions, a management-focused coaching system, and customer focus groups.
"From playing professional baseball to managing the City of Fresno, I've had some great coaches. But no one touches the organizational creative genius and motivational power of Frank. He's a 10+."
— James E. Aldredge, Ph.D, Professor and former Fresno City Manager
Corporate-wide Management Training
For Valley Alarm, the largest electronic security firm in Central California, Legacy designed and conducted the following management training programs: Maximizing Sales Productivity, Winning Customers and Keeping Them Forever, World-Class Customer Service, and The Greatest Management Principles and Practices in the World.
"The best investment I ever made."
— Paul R. Worsley, Jr., President, Valley Alarm
Innovation and Intervention
For the California School of Professional Psychology, Legacy designed and implemented the school's first-ever graduate program in organizational behavior (MOB). This non-traditional offering has since graduated more than two hundred professional managers.
"Frank not only birthed the MOB Program, but rescued it from destruction. He 'rallied the troops' and got it back on track after a poor administrator nearly took it down with himself. When they called this degree 'master', they must have named it after Frank."
— Toni Knott, Ph.D., MOB and Psy.D. Program Director, CSPP
